Roobar chefs are trained at the finest culinary
schools in the world, including The Culinary Instituite
of America, Cordon Bleu, Newbury and Johnson and
Wales.
The
menu at each Roobar location is uniquely designed
to reflect the talents, experience and ingenuity
of our chefs. Therefore, you will always find consistency
in our individual menus' quality, presentation and
contemporary essence; but not necessarily in the
selections. We believe this approach provides both
a superior product and a worthwhile reason to visit
all of our locations.

open kitchens at Roobar allow unprecedented accessibility
to our chefs, making interaction not only possible
